Long story, it originally came from when I wanted to make a username for myself in 3rd grade (~7 years old). It was a misspelling of Glowific, a Minecraft channel that I used to watch a lot at the time, and I thought that it would be a good username to stick to because it was short and unique enough. I used to also go by "Daniel7Cool" and "XxTheEmeraldMinecartxX" and probably a few other usernames I forgot about. I'm not the most creative when it came to making nicknames, so I just stuck with this since.

It was during the start of the pandemic when I wanted to start editing. Before then, I made animations and was terrible at drawing any kind of anatomy and lost motivation. Wanting to revive my channel, I saw a bunch of "best of" compilations (where people put funny clips into a montage) and wanted to do something similar on my channel. I started on Shotcut; it's basically a free version of Adobe Premiere Pro.

With my current style of editing shorter videos, you can read more about it from my first video here. Essentially, I was inspired by this one editor and joined a community that taught me how to edit. The rest is history...

I originally wanted a website/webpage because I wanted something original, something unique that I can fully customize to put out on the Internet. I had a carrd before this website and it made me realize that website builders didn't have what I was looking for.

While I was waiting to go-karting with my cousin, I watched an hour-long tutorial on HTML. I thought to myself, "this isn't that bad" and tried out the tutorial again on Brackets (coding software). I searched up where I could upload my website to, which eventually lead me to Neocities. I found the platform to be easily accessible and friendly, along with numerous websites that I found super cool. I've stuck to it since and found lots of joy working on this website!

I'm currently chained up in her basement, but it's okay because I enjoy the prescence she gives me once a day when she gives me food and water. Just kidding! We suffocate each other with our arms whenever we see each other in person and spend a bunch of time together. When we're away from each other, we spend a lot of time texting about random things that come up in our day-to-day life and a bunch more.

TL;DR: I'm in a happy relationship and if you clicked on this, you're either a weirdo who wants to get with me (which won't happen) or my girlfriend (which i would say, "hi!!!!! oh my god you're on here?? i love you!!!! mwah mwah mwah").

It might seem like it based on my online persona, but I promise I'm not that scary to talk to. Send a text! I want to know more people! I'm decently active on Discord and Instagram and occasionally check my email.

Depends on the edit. If it's a shorter and less-effort, typically around 1-3 days, spending about 5-8 hours on each day editing. Longer and effortful edits take around a week or two (or possibly more if 3D), also spending around 5-8 hours each day.

Collectively, probably around 5-60 hours per edit, heavily depending on the complexity of what I'm working on.
